Section 192 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Court may order report not to be disclosed

192 Court may order report not to be disclosed The Court may order that the whole or any part of a report given to any person pursuant to section 191(1) of this Act shall not be disclosed to any person specified in the order where it is satisfied that such disclosure would be, or would be likely to be, detrimental to the physical or mental health, or the emotional wellbeing, of any child or young person or other person to whom the report relates.
