Section 193 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Right to tender evidence on report

193 Right to tender evidence on report Any person to whom a report prepared pursuant to section 178 or section 181 or section 186 or section 187 of this Act relates may tender evidence on any matter referred to in the report and brought to that person's attention as a result of the disclosure of the report to that person pursuant to section 191 of this Act or being told of its contents.
