233 Breath-alcohol and blood-alcohol provisions of Land Transport Act 1998 not affected Nothing in the provisions of sections 214 to 232 limits or affects the powers of an enforcement officer under any of the provisions of sections 68 to 72 of the Land Transport Act 1998 . Section 233 was substituted, as from 1 March 1999, by section 215(1) Land Transport Act 1998 (1998 No 110).
