239A Expiry of sections 238(1A) to (1C) , and 239(3) Sections 238(1A) to (1C) and 239(3) expire at the close of 30 June 2004. Section 239A was inserted, as from 30 June 2002, by section 163 Sentencing Act 2002 (2002 No 9). See sections 148 to 160 of that Act for the savings and transitional provisions. See clause 2 Sentencing Act Commencement Order 2002 (SR 2002/176).
