Section 279 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Court to consider recommendations of family group conference

279 Court to consider recommendations of family group conference Where, in any proceedings under this Part of this Act in respect of any information laid against a young person for an offence, a family group conference has been held under section 247(b) or (d) of this Act in respect of that offence, the Court shall, before hearing that information, consider any decision, recommendation, or plan made or formulated by the family group conference in relation to that offence.
