288 Order not to be made in respect of parent or guardian unless given opportunity to be heard No order shall be made under section 283 of this Act in respect of the parent or guardian of any young person unless that parent or guardian has been informed by the Court of the proposal to make the order and has been given an opportunity to make representations to the Court.
