Section 296 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Expiry of orders

296 Expiry of orders Every order made under paragraph (c) , paragraph (k) , paragraph (l) , paragraph (m) , or paragraph (n) of section 283 of this Act shall, unless it sooner expires, expire 6 months after the young person in respect of whom the order is made attains the age of 17 years.
