Section 297 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Powers of Court in dealing with young person subject to order made under this Part of this Act

297 Powers of Court in dealing with young person subject to order made under this Part of this Act Where a Court finds a charge against a young person proved, and that young person is subject to an order made by a Court under this Part of this Act, the Court may— (a) Subject to section 285(5) of this Act, make such order under section 283 of this Act as the Court thinks fit in addition to the order to which the young person is subject: (b) Revoke the order to which the young person is subject and make such order under section 283 of this Act as the Court thinks fit.
