301 Procedural provisions relating to application under section 300 (1) Every application under section 300 of this Act shall— (a) In the case of an application by a young person, be served on the Social Worker or person or organisation supervising the order: (b) In the case of an application by a Social Worker or person or organisation supervising the order, be served on the young person. (2) The following persons shall be entitled to appear and be heard at the hearing of the application: (a) The applicant: (b) The person on whom the application is served: (c) With the leave of the Court, any other person.
