Section 308 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Conditions of supervision with activity order

308 Conditions of supervision with activity order (1) The conditions specified in section 305 of this Act shall apply to every order made under section 307(1) of this Act as if that order were an order made under section 283(k) of this Act. (2) The Court may, in making an order under section 307(1) of this Act, impose any or all of the conditions specified in section 306 of this Act.
