Section 332 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Arrangements for hearing of proceedings in Youth Court

332 Arrangements for hearing of proceedings in Youth Court (1) So far as practicable the hearing of proceedings in a Youth Court shall be arranged in a manner that keeps to a minimum the time that the persons involved have to wait for the proceedings to be heard. (2) The time stated in every summons requiring a person to appear before a Youth Court shall be a time that accords with the reasonable expectation of the Registrar of the Court of the time when the proceedings in respect of which the summons is issued will be heard.
