Section 336 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Court may obtain cultural or community report

336 Court may obtain cultural or community report Before making any order under section 283 of this Act the Court may make any order that a Family Court is empowered to make under section 187 of this Act, and the provisions of that section shall apply with such modifications as may be necessary.
