Section 338 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Privilege for reports

338 Privilege for reports The provisions of section 188 of this Act shall apply with such modifications as may be necessary with respect to every report furnished to the Court pursuant to section 333 or section 334 or section 336 of this Act.
