354 Appeal on a point of law only (1) Any person entitled to appeal under section 351 or section 352 or section 353 of this Act against any finding, sentence, or order of a Youth Court, may appeal against the finding, sentence, or order as being erroneous in point of law to the High Court by way of case stated for the opinion of the High Court on a question of law only. (2) The informant in any proceedings before a Youth Court may appeal against any finding, sentence, or order made in those proceedings as being erroneous in point of law to the High Court by way of case stated for the opinion of the High Court on a question of law only.
