Section 37 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Proceedings of family group conference privileged

37 Proceedings of family group conference privileged (1) No evidence shall be admissible in any Court, or before any person acting judicially, of any information, statement, or admission disclosed or made in the course of a family group conference. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section applies to a record made by a Care and Protection Co-ordinator under section 29(3) of this Act.
