Section 383 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Review of refusal of application

383 Review of refusal of application (1) Where a Court refuses an application under section 380 of this Act, or refuses an application under that section and imposes any condition pursuant to section 382(1)(c) of this Act, the applicant or any other person who would have been entitled, pursuant to section 380(2) of this Act, to make that application may apply to the High Court to review that decision. (2) On any review under this section the High Court may make such order as may be just.
