407 Chief executive may contract with Community Services for provision of services The chief executive may from time to time, on behalf of the Crown, enter into a contract with any Community Service for the provision, by that Community Service, of such services as the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of enabling the chief executive to carry out any function imposed on the chief executive by or under this Act. Section 407 was amended, as from 1 October 1999, by section 13 Department of Child, Youth and Family Services Act 1999 (1999 No 82) by substituting “ chief executive ” for “ Director-General ” .
