431 Annual report Without limiting the right of a Care and Protection Resource Panel to report at any other time, each Care and Protection Resource Panel shall, within 3 months after the expiration of each year ending with the 31st day of March or such other date as may from time to time be directed by the chief executive, furnish to the chief executive a report on the exercise of that Panel's functions under this Act during that year. Section 431 was amended, as from 1 October 1999, by section 13 Department of Child, Youth and Family Services Act 1999 (1999 No 82) by substituting “ chief executive ” for “ Director-General ” .
