Section 440 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Proceedings not to be questioned for want of form

440 Proceedings not to be questioned for want of form No information, summons, conviction, order, sentence, bond, warrant, or other document under this Act, and no application, proceedings, or process under this Act, shall be quashed, set aside, or held invalid by any Court by reason only of any defect, irregularity, omission or want of form unless the Court is satisfied that there has been a miscarriage of justice.
