459 Guardianship orders [Repealed] Subsection (2) was substituted, as from 1 November 1989, by section 6(2) Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Amendment Act 1989 (1989 No 70). Sections 457 to 467 were repealed, as from 1 October 1999, by section 13 Department of Child, Youth and Family Services Act 1999 (1999 No 82).
