Section 52 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Medical practitioner to prepare report on examination

52 Medical practitioner to prepare report on examination (1) Every medical practitioner who carries out a medical examination of a child or young person pursuant to an order under section 49 of this Act shall forthwith prepare a written report of the results of that examination and shall supply that report to the Court. (2) A copy of every report supplied to the Court pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be given by the Registrar to— (a) Every person entitled to appear and be heard on the application to which the report relates: (b) Any other person whom the Court considers has a proper interest in receiving a copy of the report.
