Section 56 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Medical practitioner to prepare report on examination

56 Medical practitioner to prepare report on examination Every medical practitioner who carries out a medical examination of a child or young person under section 53 of this Act shall forthwith prepare a written report of the results of that examination and shall supply that report to the Social Worker by whom the examination was arranged or required, as the case may be.
