Section 57 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Social Worker to make report to chief executive

57 Social Worker to make report to chief executive A Social Worker who exercises the power under section 53(3) of this Act to require a medical examination to be carried out shall, within 3 days after the day on which that examination is carried out, forward to the chief executive a written report on the exercise of that power and the circumstances in which it came to be exercised. Section 57 was amended, as from 1 October 1999, by section 13 Department of Child, Youth and Family Services Act 1999 (1999 No 82) by substituting “ chief executive ” for “ Director-General ” .
