58 Fees for reports prepared under section 52 or section 56 Where any person prepares a report pursuant to section 52 or section 56 of this Act, the fees and expenses of that person shall be paid— (a) Out of money appropriated by Parliament for the purpose; or (b) If the Court so decides, by such party or parties to the proceedings as the Court may order.
