65 Use of documents in subsequent proceedings (1) No document produced, pursuant to an order under section 61 of this Act, to any Social Worker or member of the Police shall be admissible as evidence in any proceedings under this Act or any other Act if, but for the provisions of section 62 of this Act, that document could not, by virtue of any enactment, rule of law, or privilege, have been ordered to be so produced. (2) No document or information shall be privileged from being given in evidence in any proceedings under this Act or any other Act, and no objection to the admissibility of any document or information in any such proceedings shall be upheld, merely because the document or information was obtained as a result of the production of any document pursuant to an order under section 61 of this Act.
