Section 76 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Fees

76 Fees Any fees charged by any counsellor in respect of any counselling carried out pursuant to any direction made under section 74 of this Act shall, to the extent that those fees are reasonable, be paid out of the Consolidated Account from money appropriated by Parliament for the purpose.
