Section 80 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Effect of order made under section 78
Text of the provision Official document
80 Effect of order made under section 78 Section 104 , section 105 (other than paragraph (a) , paragraph (b)(i) , and paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of that section), section 106 , and section 107 of this Act, so far as applicable and with all necessary modifications, shall apply with respect to every order made under section 78 of this Act as if it were an order made under section 101 of this Act.
