Section 89 — Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989: Offence to contravene restraining order or interim restraining order

89 Offence to contravene restraining order or interim restraining order Every person commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or to a fine not exceeding $2,000, who does any act in contravention of a restraining order or an interim restraining order.
