Section 112B — Companies Act 1993: Interest payable on outstanding payments

112B Interest payable on outstanding payments (1) Interest is payable on any sum that must be paid under section 112 or 112A that is outstanding after the date on which it falls due on the basis and at the rate that the arbitral tribunal thinks fit having regard to all of the circumstances. (2) The sum on which interest is payable under subsection (1) includes any interest or damages for loss awarded under section 112A . Section 112B: inserted, on 17 September 2008, by section 7 of the Companies (Minority Buy-out Rights) Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 69).
