210 Information for shareholders who elect not to receive annual report [Repealed] Section 210 was substituted, as from 15 April 2004, by section 13 Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2004 (2004 No 24). Section 210 was repealed, as from 18 June 2007, by section 8 Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 (2006 No 62). See clause 2(1) Companies Amendment Act (No 2) 2006 Commencement Order 2007 (SR 2007/108).
