Section 217 — Companies Act 1993: Manner of inspection

217 Manner of inspection (1) Documents which may be inspected under section 215 or section 216 of this Act must be available for inspection at the place at which the company's records are kept between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on each working day during the inspection period. (2) In this section, the term inspection period means the period commencing on the third working day after the day on which notice of intention to inspect is served on the company by the person or shareholder concerned and ending with the eighth working day after the day of service.
