Section 239ABG — Companies Act 1993: Enforcement process halted

239ABG Enforcement process halted During the administration of a company, an enforcement process in relation to the company's property must not be begun or continued except with the permission of the Court and in accordance with the terms that the Court imposes. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 440F Section 239ABG: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
