Section 239ACC — Companies Act 1993: Who is deed administrator

239ACC Who is deed administrator The administrator of the company is the deed administrator, unless the creditors at the watershed meeting by resolution appoint someone else to be the deed administrator. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 444A(2) Section 239ACC: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
