239ACF Appointment of deed administrator must not be revoked Except in the case of removal by the Court, the appointment of the deed administrator must not be revoked. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 449A Section 239ACF: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
