Section 239ADB — Companies Act 1993: Court may cancel creditors' variation

239ADB Court may cancel creditors' variation (1) A creditor of a company in administration may apply to the Court for an order cancelling the variation of the deed of company arrangement by the creditors. (2) On the application, the Court may, if it is just and equitable to do so,— (a) cancel or confirm the variation, wholly or in part, on specified conditions (if any); and (b) make any other orders that the Court thinks appropriate.
