Section 239ADC — Companies Act 1993: Termination of deed

239ADC Termination of deed A deed of company arrangement may be terminated— (a) by the Court under section 239ADD ; or (b) by a resolution of the creditors under section 239ADE ; or (c) automatically, if the deed specifies circumstances in which the deed will terminate, and those circumstances occur. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 445C Section 239ADC: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
