Section 239ADR — Companies Act 1993: Administrator may seek directions

239ADR Administrator may seek directions (1) The administrator or the deed administrator may apply to the Court for directions in relation to the performance or exercise of any of the administrator's functions and powers. (2) The deed administrator may apply to the Court for directions in relation to the operation of, or giving effect to, the deed. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 447D Section 239ADR: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
