239ADX Secured creditor who appoints administrator must give notice to company A secured creditor who appoints an administrator under section 239K must give written notice of the appointment to the company as soon as practicable and in any event before the end of the next working day. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 450A(2) Section 239ADX: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
