Section 239AEA — Companies Act 1993: Deed administrator must give notice of termination by creditors of deed of company arrangement

239AEA Deed administrator must give notice of termination by creditors of deed of company arrangement If the creditors terminate the deed of company arrangement, the deed administrator must as soon as practicable— (a) send a notice of the termination to each of the creditors; and (b) advertise the termination in accordance with section 3(1)(b) ; and (c) file a copy of the notice with the Registrar. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 450D Section 239AEA: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
