239AH Administrator may lodge report with Registrar The administrator may lodge a report with the Registrar specifying any matter that, in his or her opinion, should be brought to the Registrar's notice. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 438D(2) Section 239AH: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
