Section 239G — Companies Act 1993: Administrator must consent in writing

239G Administrator must consent in writing A person must not be appointed the administrator of a company unless that person has consented in writing and has not withdrawn the consent at the time of appointment. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 448A Section 239G: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
