Section 239P — Companies Act 1993: When office of administrator is vacant

239P When office of administrator is vacant The office of administrator is vacant if the administrator— (a) resigns; or (b) dies; or (c) becomes disqualified from appointment as an administrator ( see section 239F(2) ); or (d) is removed by the Court. Compare: Corporations Act 2001 (Australia) s 449C(1) Section 239P: inserted, on 1 November 2007, by section 6 of the Companies Amendment Act 2006 (2006 No 56).
