Section 260 — Companies Act 1993: Powers of liquidator

260 Powers of liquidator (1) A liquidator has the powers— (a) Necessary to carry out the functions and duties of a liquidator under this Act; and (b) Conferred on a liquidator by this Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1) of this section, a liquidator has the powers set out in Schedule 6 to this Act.
