Section 330 — Companies Act 1993: Restoration to register

330 Restoration to register (1) A company is restored to the New Zealand register when a notice signed by the Registrar stating that the company is restored to the New Zealand register is registered under this Act. (2) A company that is restored to the New Zealand register shall be deemed to have continued in existence as if it had not been removed from the register.
