Section 368 — Companies Act 1993: Appeals from decisions under section 367

368 Appeals from decisions under section 367 (1) A person who is aggrieved by a refusal to disclose a document, information, or report under section 367 of this Act may appeal to the Court within 15 working days after being notified of that refusal, or within such further time as the Court may allow. (2) On hearing the appeal, the Court may confirm the refusal, or give such directions, or make such determination in the matter as the Court thinks fit. Compare: 1955 No 63 s 9BA
