Section 396 — Companies Act 1993: Summary Proceedings Act 1957 amended

396 Summary Proceedings Act 1957 amended Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 is hereby amended by inserting, in its appropriate alphabetical order, the following item: The Companies Act 1993 304(6) Claims by unsecured creditors 305(11) Rights and duties of secured creditors 377 False statements 378 Fraudulent use or destruction of property 379 Falsification of records 380 Carrying on business fraudulently 382(4) Persons prohibited from managing companies 383(6) Court may disqualify directors 385(9) Registrar may prohibit persons from managing companies.
