Section 397 — Companies Act 1993: Securities Transfer Act 1991 amended

397 Securities Transfer Act 1991 amended Section 9(5) of the Securities Transfer Act 1991 is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph (a) , the following paragraph: “ (ab) Sections 35, 39(1), and 84, of the Companies Act 1993: ” Section 397 was substituted, as from 1 July 1994, by section 48 Companies Act 1993 Amendment Act 1994 (1994 No 6).
