6 Saving provision for liquidation that has commenced If a liquidation of a company commenced before the Companies Amendment Act 2006 came into force, that company's property must be applied in accordance with the priorities stated in this schedule on the date the liquidation commenced as if the Companies Amendment Act 2006 had not come into force.
