105 When proceedings may be commenced (1) Proceedings under section 103 may be commenced at any time within 3 years after the matter giving rise to the breach arose. (2) This section applies despite section 14 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 . Compare: 1986 No 121 s 40(3)
