121 Refusal to agree to early termination, variation, or waiver If a party refuses to agree to the early termination of a credit contract, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction, or to vary or waive any term of a credit contract, consumer lease, or buy-back transaction, or imposes conditions on that agreement, the party is deemed, for the purposes of this Act, to be exercising a right or power under the contract, lease, or transaction.
